The school photographer will be in the
main school hall on the first Thursday
and Friday, 5th and 6th September.
The award is developing well this year with 60 Year 10 students
enrolled on the Bronze D of E who should complete their expedition
in September. Thirteen Year 12 students have recently completed
their final Silver expedition on 20th - 22nd June in the Peak district.
For a change we had really hot weather and enjoyed the longest
day together. We entered one of last year’s Silver groups for the
Best Expedition Competition based on a short film they had made
- and they won! They were presented with a trophy at the Year 13
leavers BBQ.
Winners: Mollie Huckerby, Beth Godbert, Chloe Wilkins,
Fran Eyre and Lucy Harris (missing from photo)
