“....I believe this is a beautiful thing

or bad, right or wrong.”
I believe this is a beautiful thing about life and why there’s no
good or bad, right or wrong. Even when we’re going through
those really tough times, that those times really give us the
opportunity to seek for new ways to cope, and then we can
really learn to thrive. So that’s what brought this into my life,
and then, since then, [it’s] just been an ongoing search where I
was just so hungry for more. I just did all these courses online,
and then received my coaching certification. Now my business
is mainly focused on helping people use the Law of Attraction
in really easy, accessible ways in their day-to-day life, and
using that to heal their relationships.
Kharisma: Awesome. Share a little bit about the work that you
do. How do you work with your clients to apply the Law of
Attraction in everyday life? Give us an example.
Amanda: My clients who come to me are usually someone who
sort of already knows about the Law of Attraction, but has been
trying and is feeling a bit stuck. First, I would sort of assess
where their energy is at and if we’re the right match, that’s if
the Law of Attraction is exactly what they need. Because it does
take a certain amount of openness for it to really thrive in your
life. And then from there I start to assess sort of the triggers.
We go into past traumas and childhood programming, and
then once I get clear on which sub-conscious-limiting beliefs
are holding them back, then we can get right in there. I use
a meditation to clear subconscious-limiting beliefs and then
I’ll give them two of the techniques from the Law of Attraction
to continue to heal by themselves and to apply to day-to-day
life, meaning, bringing them into focus on how they’re reacting
to things and what they’re focusing on. What we focus on
expands, and where energy goes, energy grows. I just really
bring them into awareness on how they’re really creating every
step with what they say and how they feel and how they act. So
from then, I give them sort of an action plan on how to change
their actions. Week by week, they will go and try this new way
of being. Step by step, I sort of talk them through it and keep
going
