Helen: But I just look in the mirror, “I can do it. I can do it.”
Instead of a, “I can’t believe this is happening to me.” Or, “Oh,
this is so difficult.” Instead of those words, I transfer, “I can do it.
I can do it.” That is a daily ritual, to tell myself I can, especially
when I wake up knowing that I woke up on the wrong side of the
bed. And we all do that sometimes.
Kharisma: Yes, yes. I know. That is awesome.
Helen: Now I know how to control my brain a little bit more. I
know how to say, “Oh, throw away that bad thought and put in a
positive one.”
Kharisma: Because it’s all about the mindset. And we do have the
ability to control our mind, and our mindset, and the thoughts
that do come in. We have that ability to manage it. And people
sort of think that, “No, we can’t.” But we can. We have that power
within us.
Helen: We’re so powerful. We are.
Kharisma: We are powerful. We are powerful. And how can our

on Facebook. Oh, you can also get my book ... Well, on my website
you can get my book signed. I can send you a book; signed copy
to you. But on Amazon.com, buy it for your friends, your brother,
your sister, strangers, because I’ve had such great feedback. I’m
so grateful. I’m told that after you finish the group, people have
left it on their bedside or in their purse because they want to
open it to a different page every day just to get a little inspiration.
And I’m so grateful for that. Because that’s what I still do. I still
open it. I don’t put it on the bookshelf. I still read this daily. I
read a different page, or a couple pages a day, just to get some
information on my ... from other authors as well, because there’s
other authors in here, famous people from around the world.
