There are a lot of organizations that are trying to solve this big problem with education. Here you will read about some of those organizations.

YFU

Youth for education is one of the oldest, largest and more respected international educational exchange programs. It is also known as a movement of committed individuals and organizations working together to prepare young people for their responsibilities and challenges in a global community.

Say yes to Education

Say yes to education is an American non-profit organization which goal is to dramatically increase high school and college education. Its services includes

* Extended day/year programming

* Mentoring

* Tutoring

* School day academic supports

* Family services

* Health care

* Legal services

Room to read

Room to read is focused in two main areas: building literacy and the habit of reading among primary school children, also empowering girls to complete secondary school and succeed beyond that.

It provides supports for girls in an economical and emotional way, it also provides training and material to teachers.

International organization

UNICEF

Unicef is foccusing on:

* Expanding and improving early childhood care and education, especially for the most vulnerable children;

* Ensuring that by 2015, all children, particularly girls and the disadvantaged, have access to quality free and compulsory primary education;

* Eliminating gender disparities in primary and secondary education by 2005, and achieving gender equality in education by 2015;

* Ensuring that the learning needs of all young people and adults are met through equitable access to appropriate learning and life skills programmes;

* Achieving a 50 percent improvement in levels of adult literacy by 2015, especially for women, and offering equitable access to basic and continuing education to all adults;

* Improving all aspects of the quality of education and ensuring excellence.
