Life at ISBF The 9 th cohort of ISBF graduated with honors in a Ø ceremony graced by Dr. Mary Stiasny, Pro Vice Chancellor (International), University of London and Professor Paul Kelly, Pro Director for Education, London School of Economics (LSE); one in every six graduating students secured a Distinction Priya Bansal received the BSc (Hons) Economics degree Ø with First Class Honours; her aggregate score of 719 marks (on 900) was the highest globally, and earned her a full scholarship for the MSc Economics programme at LSE Professor Kelly delivered a talk on Brexit, and shared Ø stimulating perspectives on India-UK academic collaborations, in a guest lecture on campus Dr. Craig Dicker, Cultural Affairs Officer at the US Ø Embassy in New Delhi, delivered a guest lecture on India- US cultural exchanges Students and faculty members were invited to Ø participate in the United Nations Conclave on Financial Inclusion in New Delhi, which saw Mr. Arun Jaitley and Mr. Ravi Shankar Prasad deliver keynote addresses The Career Services Division attended several industry Ø conferences and networking events, organized by AIMA, NHRDN and ASSOCHAM, among others Rohit Thareja, who finished the Graduate Diploma in Ø Finance in 2017, was recruited for a 1-year work placement with HSBC Securities in New York as a Credit Trading Analyst ISBF set up an E-Cell, to kindle and nurture the spirit of Ø entrepreneurship and business among students Playnomics workshops went from strength to strength Ø across schools in many cities, and also reached out to undergraduate students in several Delhi colleges Second year student, Prudvi Rajh entered the Guinness Ø World Records, and now holds the record for the longest line of postcards, containing 16,300 postcards. ISBF's Social Work Society successfully organized the Ø annual Blood Donation Camp in association with Lions Blood Bank 5
