His response is acceptable, but the description of the game development for Binaries does remind of a video by Chris Solarski who talked about Wassily Kandinsky work Point and Line to Place. There are some viewers who might treat the design of Binaries to be inspired by a Minimalist art (APPENDIX 4) movement because the game mechanic of the game has only two different colour circles to command at the same time going through each level (Binaries, Digital Game, 2016). Therefore, Tony Gowland would need to consider the use of an art movement in the game because the gamers had written positive reviews of its design (Valve, website, 2016).
