THE BAND

Alistair Gale (vocals/guitar)

Lucas Manley (guitar/effects)

Graeme Dinning (bass)

Martin Good (drums)

Formed some time ago in London but now geographically divorced, this four piece play 'dramatic', 'complex' and 'expansive' post punk / indie rock which is both subtle and aggressive.

They have been mentioned in the same breathe as the likes of Wire, Echo and the Bunnymen and Interpol and have played as support to Neil Young and The National at Hyde Park.

REVIEWS

"Love's White Thread certainly shows some metaphorical guts! ... And the album, "Standing At The Floodgates," is one of those albums that you can't pull yourself away from - you just have to keep listening, right to the last note!" Way Out Radio

"...swirling epics of skyscraping beauty recall Slowdive if they'd been given a quirky scousepop twist by the likes of Wylie, McCulloch and Cope" Drowned in Sound

"Their sound is deep, layered, sonorous and dramatic, with a mournful quality to the vocals; something of The Editors and Echo and the Bunnymen." Gourmet Gigs

"Dramatic build. Sneaky and feverish songs. Chaotic guitars in the right spots. A singer (Alistair Gale) who emotes emotion. Put it all together and you have four Londoners that demand attention now!" Jonathan L "Lopsided World Of L"
