Comparing Hult's Cities: London vs San Francisco Anna Bottos Hult Undergrad London s an undergraduate student at Hult I have taken the opportunity to rotate to two of our campuses. London and San Francisco are both major cities with tempremental climates, similar yet very different. Let me tell you about them: A Restaurants Anyone who has been in London knows that there they have the best rooftop restaurants and bars in the WORLD. Everyone knows that London is the capital of the world, so it means that you can find absolutely everything you want - if you can pay for it. If you don't find what you wanna eat here, you won't find anywhere else, truth be told. With San Francisco is a whole different story, I remember myself craving for Brazilian churros and I couldn't find them anywhere. Nothing even similar, it was very sad to go for almost a year without eating my favorite desert! But in London I found Brazilian Churros at the Greenwich Marke! Another thing about San Francisco is that the restaurants are cheaper, not just because the currency is more expensive in London, but because English restaurants are often overpriced and they are not always worth the money you are asked to pay. HOWEVER, there is always an exception. On Valentine's day me and my partner went to a Brazilian Steakhouse at Belsize Park called Touro and it was completely worth the extra cost. We even ended up taking home two double deserts for FREE, I couldn't believe it. We paid £30 per person, including drinks and desert. In San Francisco, my favorite restaurant is called Players at Pier 39, around 15 min walk from Hult. Besides the incredible view and the amazing Hawaiian bar at the end of the restaurant, the price to eat 63
