Guittard is a global negotiator who continues to work with Women in leadership , and to be a great inspiration for women around the world . In her years of work she has served in many sectors such as : Corporate Diplomacy , Geopolitical risk , cyber security , women empowerment and many more . Cari ’ s passion and authenticity is what makes her an inspiration to all who meet her .

HULTIAN : What is your background and how have you developed to where you are now in your personal and professional life ?
C : I grew up and went to undergrad and grad school in Texas . My first job post grad was for the US Department of State in cyber security where I travelled the globe and from there knew that I wanted to pursue a global career . I held various roles at State before moving to the west coast where I co-founded a global corporate non-profit with advertising legend , Keith Reinhard , then Chairman of DDB Worldwide . It was from there that I started working with companies in tri-sector engagement initiatives and I ’ ve been involved in that work ever since . I also became passionate about sharing what I had experienced and learned working with leading global executives so I developed and began teaching grad courses in Corporate Diplomacy & Geopolitical Risk . Then Hult Dubai asked me to develop a course in Women ’ s Leadership and I ’ ve been engaged in women ’ s empowerment and gender intelligence initiatives ever since . I ’ ve come full circle professionally and personally as I ’ m pursuing projects that I ’ m passionate about and that leverage my strengths while I also work to raise two small children with my husband in San Francisco .
HULTIAN : What are your future plans and where do you see your industry heading ?
C : In the corporate diplomacy space , and especially since the last Presidential election cycle , I only see more and more companies developing and executing their own internal foreign policy and political risk strategies . The world is
