C: I think it depends on your work style. By nature I am a very independent person, and I work best on my own, I always have. I do my best work on solo endeavours because I have very specific execution standards. Having your own vision and knowing exactly how you want it executed means that sometimes it’s best to do things yourself if you want them done right. But it’s good to have subject matter experts on board that can take directives well and supplement the tasks you need assistance with. HULTIAN: What three things do you need to succeed in your industry or whatever field you pursue? "You need to be visionary, audacious and intentional." C: Just actually getting to the point where I was ready to present 54 Thrones to the world was major. It’s your baby that you obsess over. It keeps you up at night. You literally can’t think about anything else but your business. So, getting to the point where I was ready to share it was huge for me. But what’s been pivotal in my journey as an entrepreneur is to celebrate each and every small victory along the way. Day to day operations can at times be daunting so its important to self- acknowledge the C: You need to be visionary, audacious and intentional. Be visionary because peop le will think your goal is too big or that it can’t work and that’s exactly why you’re the leader and they are not. Be audacious, you have to have the courage to take risks and be prepared to fail and then have the discernment to know that failing is not an end. Be intentional and be prepared, as Richard Branson says, “If somebody offers you an amazing opportunity but you are not sure you can do it, say yes – then learn how to do it later!” 54 Thrones
