popping up all over Windsor Essex. It’s a national trend - Canadian
craft beer sales have risen more than 15 per cent over the last year,
and account for 6 per cent of the beer market. Flavours, brewing styles
and marketing are tailored to the demands and trends of each
province, with Ontario known for its German influences.
