The LWKco is a neighbourhood bakery in the heart of Walkerville. We pride ourselves in making everything from scratch, from all the fillings in our pastry to the stocks we use for soup. We use only the best ingredients we can source and love being able to provide high quality baked goods and lunches to our clients. One of the things that makes us special here in Windsor is that we also specialize in gluten-free baking, making everything from cakes to breads. We have gluten-free baked goods in our bakery case every day. We also make our own ice cream and ice cream sandwiches, which have always been popular items on the menu. How is it different from the competition? Everything that goes out our door is made in small batches and from scratch. We make our own pie crusts, every sauce and syrup, and we will never change. We also have sourdough breads, croissants that require 3 days to make, and everything in-between.
