Who is Green Leaf Specialty Grocer and why should
Windsorites be excited?
Green Leaf Specialty Grocer is an all-new natural
food grocery store that just opened in the Walkerville
area. Windsorites will find all-natual groceries with many
vegan and gluten-free options in a centralized location.
Why did you choose Ottawa St. as the location?
Ottawa Street seemed like a no brainer for us. We
have lived in the area for years and have felt that this is
what has been missing for a long time. Ottawa Street is on
an upswing right now and we wanted to get in on the
ground floor, hoping to accelerate that upswing if we
could.
How are you different different from the competition?
Does the name have a story behind it?
Green Leaf Specialty Grocer intends to work
The name has no history. We liked the name
closely with the community to carry organic products
while brainstorming and ran it by a lot of people. Positive
from as close to home as possible. Second, we intend to
feedback caused it to stick.
