The Cheese Bar Sarah Barrette , owner and operator
The Cheese Bar retails Artisanal cheese produced in Ontario with a current focus on Southwestern Ontario dairies . They launched May 29th 2015 at the Walkerville Night Market and on Saturday the 30th of May at the DWFM . This will be their third season as a market vendor and this year are excited to also be offering some local vegan cheese and a couple new dairy producers . The Cheese Bar will now be offering products from 10 local companies . They will also have fresh milk , kefir and butter .
The Cheese Bar is a weekly vendor . Sarah loves the sense of community , ( at the DWFM ) the low overhead and the amazing exposure and opportunity to grow her business . She also loves the sense of family amongst vendors and the local small businesses too . Once the crowds come , it ' s the vibe , and hustle and bustle that she thrives on .

Bouchard Gardens The Bouchard Family
Bouchard Gardens has been growing flowers and vegetables since 1973 They are family-owned and operated - check out their YouTube channel and you ’ ll even see 2 year old Boston Bouchard helping Grandpa with the spring planting !
Bouchard Gardens - typically it ’ s Rob you ’ ll see working the market stall downtown - is a weekly vendor and has been present at the DWFM since its earliest incarnation at the former Greyhound terminal several years ago .
The Bouchards love the DWFM because it ’ s friendly and well run . They enjoy working alongside the other vendors and serving great customers .
The stall is typically a riot of colour , with hanging baskets of geraniums and tasty produce on the counter . And you ’ ll find Cynthia ’ s banana bread there too , if you ’ re lucky !
