What is CDS Talks?

Over the course of 10 weeks, CDS Sixth graders researched current problems in the world and then formulated original solutions to those problems. This problem-solution construct aligns with the Project Based Learning method that we employ in our Upper Elementary curriculum, and it is once again proving to be quite beneficial to our students.

The next step n the project is for the students to deliver their research and solutions to an authentic audience. On April 13, our students will be hosting a TED Talk-styled production at John Burroughs School, where they will deliver their well-crafted presentations to an audience of teachers, students, family, and members of the broader St. Louis community.

Please join us for what is sure to be a worthwhile and inspiring event!
