Sixth Graders once again made a five-day expedition to the Ozark Mountains to engage in fieldwork as biologists, geologists, naturalists, artists, and writers. This trip served as the final piece in students' comparative study between the Ozarks and the Smoky Mountains, where the class traveled as Fifth Graders.

The expedition was led by teachers Joel Allen and Alexis Micic, along with several parent volunteers.
