Congratulations to Annabel Rackers (Fifth Grade), whose artwork placed second in the 6th Annual Merry Dairy Holiday Card contest. Mrs. Camille Smith from the St. Louis District Dairy Council attended the Monday Morning

Congratulations to CDS Alum Will Noddings ('12) for earning a perfect score of 36 on the ACT. Will is currently a senior at St. Louis Priory School.

Along with his classmate and fellow alum Trevor VonderHaar, Will was also named a National Merit Scholarship semifinalist .

Hannah Michael Hubbard (Preschool 102) served as a "kid tester" in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch 2017 Toy Test. She reports that the experience was very exciting, and she discovered a new favorite toy.

"I really liked Baby Alive Sweet Tears, because it cried a little bit. I gave her a checkup, and it made her better." Hannah Michael would like to become a doctor, and says the doll gave her great practice.

Evangeline Scherer (Second Grade) and her horse Waffles have completed the first level certification in the United States Pony Club Standards of Proficiency. Pony Club graduates often go on to compete in the Olympics or take on other high profile careers. Evangeline hopes to begin work on her C Level certification and eventually earn the advanced (A Level) distinction.

Ruby Morris (First Grade) auditioned for and was chosen to appear in multiple performances of the Saint Louis Ballet's production of The Nutcracker. The show runs at the Touhill Performing Arts Center, Dec. 18 - 23.

Gathering assembly on Dec. 11 to present Annabel with a gift basket for her participation. More than 1,800 students participated in the state of Missouri!
