The present watch is a wonderful example of how watches can change their character over time . The dial , originally with black lacquer , has turned a charismatic brown ‘ tropical ’ color over time , which almost has a dégradé effect depending on the angle of the watch . Contrasted against the silver graphics , the dial really stands out in its originality . The hands have also aged to a similar color to the dial , further adding to the appeal of the watch . |
