Detoxing

Before you start anything I highly recommend doing a

detoxification means cleaning the blood. This is done by removing impurities from the blood in the liver, where toxins are processed for elimination. The body also eliminates toxins through the kidneys, intestines, lungs, lymph and skin. This will make some poeple sick so be prepared to feel like a lump on the log.

Ways this helps

1.. Stimulating the liver to drive toxins from the body

2. Improving circulation of the blood; and

Refueling the body with healthy nutrients.

Eat plenty of fiber,fruits and your veggies

even if you really don't like them. Make sure every 6 months ou keep doing this to keep your body from being backed up again.
