The healthy way

Many of us have tried to stay healthy with diets and eating gross foods that make you want to spit it out. The only one who can change all of this is you! Eating healthy is not by doing diets or giving up your favorite snacks. It's by how much you eat and how big the protion sizes are. Portions sizes that we are eating are to big. If you cup your hands together thats how big your stomach is. With in that small space is how much food you are suspost to eat three times a day. It may look small but if you keep doing this you will get use to eating smaller portions. While you are doing this you will crave sweets very badly for some people. A treat now and then is like a reward. But do it very little.
