listing agent for the part of the
property that was for rent. Lafferty
confirmed he had listed it, but the
listing was pulled due to the owner
and tenant’s request.
“The building was potentially
available. The owner I sold the
building to was Jeff Tunis. I sold
the building next to the bank as
well [One Trick Pony] and across
the street, the former dental office
[Advanced Service Solutions].
