Recipe of the Month

Pepperoni Bites

By Shannon Ramsey

2 cans Pillsbury Crescent Rolls

1 package Pepperoni

I package mozzarella sticks (no fat please)

Pepperoncini (or Golden Greek Peppers)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Roll out your Crescent Roll dough. On each triangle, at the wide end, layer about 5 pieces of Pepperoni, overlapping it. Cut a piece of mozzarella to fit the wide end of the dough. Roll it up and pinch the ends to keep your cheese inside. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 17 minutes until rolls are done.

Serve with a nice Marinara Sauce that has been warmed to room temperature.
