Chic Eats: For an atmospheric meal and a place that locals love, try La Cave a Champagne, 16 rue Gambette, they have different menus but for me, the menu terroir is just about perfect with a home cooked feel that’s not fussy but simply delicious and good to soak up some of that Champagne you've been tasting!

Le Theatre restaurant, 8, Place Mendès France, is named after the theatre next door. It is chic, welcoming and wow – the menu is fabulous. Full on old-school typically French brasserie style, glamorous and totally lush. It's a seasonal menu using the very very best products of the day.

Bake my Day: Head to Patisserie Vincent Dallet (4/6 rue du Capitaine Deullin) for a seriously sweet experience. If you're a chocolate of macaron fan, you'll definitely get your fix here.

Champagne Tour: If you want to visit a Champagne grower in the town, head to Champagne Georges Cartier where you can take a half day discovery tour and visit 18th century cellars, tastings, vineyard tour, visit Champagne making production area and try the still wines used in the blending process.
