What do you think makes French cuisine so great?

The French I guess! Oui, we are sometimes very arrogant, and can be very rude… But we also have a passion for good things and good living. We have a culture of trying to make every meal an important and delicious moment. We have a history of great agriculture and love of good products that makes it such a treat to go to any farmer’s market in France. It’s really all about a philosophy of living, where you try to enjoy life at its best. But what is very important to me is that it does not have to be complicated. Yes, France is where the whole concept of chefs and Michelin stars and haute cuisine was born. But French food can be very easy to make. 66 million French people are cooking French food everyday so it can’t be that hard!

I want to show you how to be French and (almost) perfect like me. Or at least how to cook like me. Ok it's not always perfect, but its good, really!
