It pairs physical movements from kickboxing and dance and yoga and martial arts with positive spoken affirmations like “I am inspired!” or “I believe I will succeed!”. After an hour shouting affirmations with a room full of sweaty people, you end up feeling completely empowered!

The first thing I noticed was my mood and energy were both noticeably improved when I took this class regularly. Not only that, but I found that going to these classes even improved my social life, allowing me to start to make new friends outside the lab.
