Paula has had an undeniable passion for art since she was a toddler. She spent most of her youth traveling back and forth between her country Colombia and the USA, never spending more than one year in any one place. She graduated from High School at the age of 16. A self-taught painter, she spent the next two years of her life painting large format oils and participating in art exhibitions in both Germany and the United States.

At the age of 18 Paula discovered she had an undying passion for music, knowing nothing about music theory she decided to audition for the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston. To everyones amazement she passed the strenuous audition and was accepted into Berklee's 5 year program, where she majored in both Music Production & Engineering and Music Business Management. She worked as Director of Media for Heavy Rotation Records, Berklee's student-run Record Label between 2009 and 2010, and formed part of the label's A&R team. In 2011 she moved to New York City where she worked in the prestigious MSR Studios, and Jungle City Studios. She moved to Spain in 2012, there she started exploring the making of her own music. The next year was spent working and traveling and finally by the end of 2013 Paula decided to start painting once again and experiment combining visual arts and music. She just released her first single under Bast Vagabond, an on-going audio-visual art project of self-awareness and self-discovery through visual art and sounds.
