Did you know, that as recently as fifty years ago, society expected traditional behavioral reactions

from each of us: women were assumed to be feminine and men masculine. Their interactions were

complimentary, and being single or separate was considered unconventional. The accepted criteria of what a real woman and a real man should be were basically shaped and imposed by society at

that time.

Today, the situation is changing dramatically, even in traditional cultures. Relationships in couples

are becoming less based on the principle of complementarity. No longer a necessity, long-term

relationships are appearing less and less. The new trend is to include both feminine and masculine

energies as part of our being and in essence we have become carriers of something that we used to look for in others. However, a new challenge that we face is to get acquainted with these feminine and masculine energies and ensure their full development, knowing that when these energies interact harmoniously with each other, it’s a great thing to share with our partners.

The specificity of feminine energy within each of us is a creative impulse, an intuitive sensation, the

idea of solving some problem or a vision of some kind of picture. Feminine energy has a huge

variety of manifestations and qualities, such as intuition, acceptance, patience, emotionality,

empathy, smoothness, openness, hospitality, ability to follow someone and even chaos...

The masculine energy within each of us manifests as intention, movement and action. It is a spirit

that is secondary to the initial shape of the feminine energy. Most often, when they talk about the

qualities of masculine energy, they mean activity, strength, confidence, responsibility, dedication,

rivalry, accuracy, austerity, independence, order and risk…

The interaction between feminine and masculine energies looks like the following: first, the impulse

is triggered, to which we react and start solving the problem.
