17 He should be behaving favo-
rable to the view of God and int-
egrity. He should read the Word
of God every day on his knees;
hear the voice of the lord and he
should understand it and he
should examine His will and does
his duties accordingly.
18 He should have fixed his
mind on the truth only and it sho-
uld not be caught in the chea-
tings, because – “the eyes of
God, the consuming fire are run
to and fro throughout the whole
earth to give strong support to
those whose heart is blameless
who is true and who is towards
Him. He will strengthen by inte-
grity. It is a likeness of God.
19 So such person will behave
with faith and belief. He will be
like one who completely fulfills
the statutes of the Word of God,
duties of justice, constitutions
and morality. He will be encou-
raging and cautions to the people
will be obedient to them”.
20 “Like Hezekiah, he must be

type of intoxication; he should
not be a smoker, he should not
be caught by dances and songs
of entertainment (cinemas) and
he should be like an example to
all the people of the country in
all good things always.
23 He should be with integrity
heart and get all the things done
as per the will of God and he
should not turn to left or right
and should always be concen-
trating his heart on God only.
24 The fictitious deity (lifeless
ideal) worship must be destru-
ctions from the country; he sho-
uld not be hearing the myths and
words of flattery; and he must
not be attracted towards the ear-
ning of more and more money”.
25 “The people doing undo thi-
ngs like mating men with men and
women with women should be
found out and such sins should

be destroyed and rooted out im-
mediately. He must be able to
destroy such things.
26 He should not be promising
wrong promises to the people.
He should be also without exce-
ssive nature and speaking with
meekness and obedience. He
should be resolving the doubts
and problems of the people with
capability.
27 He should not be putting the
burden on the people, but he sho-
uld be relieving the burden from
the people and one who gives su-
pport to the poor.
28 He should be stopping the
system of having children with the
rented womb. The bad system of
having children with the artificial
pregnancy should be abandoned
immediately and the system of the
family should be streamlined,
because – “whole nation will be
destroyed by the rented wombs
method and artificial pregnancy.
Not only that total nation will be
corrupted and mixed with desc-
endents of satan”.
29 He should be one who brings
the reformations in marriage
systems throughout the country.

30 He should be one stopping
the vulgarism or obscenity and
the wine shops and he should
take the health care of the peo-
ple. He should be one stopping
the brothel, adultery and theft
houses and he should not be ca-
ught in that circle.
31 Democracy does not mean
that people should harm them-
selves. So he should be one
who helps to apply the ways
and means of the better lifestyle
of the people. He should be
able to stop the pubs.
32 He should be one who can
destroy the sins and mediator of
the holiness all throughout the
people; this is what God, the
consuming fire is saying to
America.
33 O country of America! If a
person like David or Hezekiah
or Jehoshaphat is made as the
President of you, it will be very
happy, and how good it is says
God, the consuming fire” – this
is the Word of God, the consu-
ming fire
