remove the woes of the people,

it will become as the curse to-
wards the people, and if some-
one who is very poor and comes
to power, he also will not be able
to amend that constitution”. Be-
cause – he will be partial about
his group of caste and class, he
will make that more weak and
useless. In this regard – an em-
peror with the title of dog will be
enough. So not like that one or
like this one, those having very
wise and prudent and also judi-
cious people only should amend
and only then this will be blessed
one.
51 So, o Parliamentary systems
and Assemblies, Wakeup, make
yourself alert” – for thus says
God, the consuming fire.
52 II God, the consuming fire is
asking the systems like that unto
the end of the earth like this -
53 “O Parliaments systems, is it
right that the leaders like the
wolves in the disguise of sheep,

entering the Parliaments of mak-
ing the acts, in the name of the
political leaders, is it right?
54 The leaders who say in the
Parliaments and assembly hou-
ses that they are representing the
people of the country,
55 breaking the mikes and
chairs, throwing the shoes on
each other; fist fights and pat-
ting the tables so that sounds re-
echo in these houses of the Par-
liaments, criticizing each other
with sever comments,
56 the leaders doing mistakes
over mistakes and behaving like
the monkeys after walking on the
fire; is it acceptable in the Par-
liaments or assembly houses
(where the legislations are done)
of the state or the country?”
57 II “Is it right that such people
enter into such venerable hou-
ses? The principles of the con-
stitution and the legislations
made in the Parliaments are they
just limited for the papers like
the parrot says few words like
welcome, be seated, have cof-
fee etc.
58 As a bird who learns to spe-
ak some words; cannot we talk
with it as a conversation, and if

a student is not studying well and
failing in the exams, cannot we
kindle him by saying, study well,
study well. Is it the way the con-
stitution and acts have to be?
59 If a common man does a mis-
take, the punishments are in one
type and if a political leader does
mistake, the punishment is in an-
other way, is it the way the gov-
ernment system has to be?”
60 In this regard, what the lord
had said is that, is it true? – “who
knew his Master’s will but did
not get ready or act according to
His will; will receive a severe
beating. But the one who did not
know, and did what deserved a
beating; will receive a light beat-
ing.
61 If the political leaders do cor-
ruption, according to their status,
they should be punished more, is
it not right? They are doing cor-
ruption knowingly; so doing mis-
takes by knowing that they are
sins, they should be punished
more, isn’t it right?
62 The lord said that doing bad
knowing is to get more (punish-
ment) than doing by not know-
ing is to get less (punishment), is
it not right?”

63 “Someone who is a judicious
expert who said that - rebellious
and rowdies are entering our
Parliaments and assembly hou-
ses, is it not right?
64 His statement is as much
right as we say that Sun rises in
the east, is it not correct?
65 Before the driver who runs
the bus, it is written in bold let-
ters that Smoking is prohibited,
but he himself smokes and fills
the bus with the smoke causing
the cancer,
66 if so how the laws will work?
It is written as caution in the
trains that ticket less travel is a
fault and fine will be charged
from people doing such travel,
but the ticket collector who finds
such people travelling in trains,
67 keeps the money given by
them as fine (how much it may
be) in his pocket and does not
give receipts for that money, If
so, what the laws can do?
68 Urination or toileting or
parking prohibited here, and
doing so will be fined - it is writ-

many people do not care those
