13 “As the extension to what was
previously written, as per the will
and consent of God; the amend-
ments as per the will of God has
to be taken with the help of wise,
prudent and judicious experts,
14 and by doing so, if the wel-
fare of the people is safeguarded;
you have to understand that such
thing has been happened with the
consent of the people and that is
the thing being blessed by God,
the consuming fire”.
15 Because – “the changes and
knowledge which are not ex-
pressed in the beginning and
these under the principle conce-
aled as to be expressed in the

16 but, when the changes and
knowledge is expressed; there
will be no binding with the old

17 So if someone has come to
the perfection (stage of liking the
prudence), that person will not
like to be under a child master;

child-master who will make the
people walk towards the per-

19 In this regard, it is written that
- “when I was as the child, I use
to do the childish acts, but now
I am no more a child and I am
grown-up, so I have left all those
childish acts” – this is God, the
consuming fire.
20 II “But someone from you
pleads about the amendment of
the constitution – Our father of
our nation had written our con-
stitution, he is belonging to our
tribe or our nation,
21 this man is speaking like this
to cheat us; it looks like some-
thing not said by God, like this

he pleads and sketches the divi-
sion line and he is searching the
reasons for the quarrels.
22 God, the consuming fire who
will destroy the elements says like
this - “Who gave birth to the writ-
ers of the constitution? I am, isn’t
it? It is. Who gave the knowledge
to them? I am, isn’t it? It is”.
23 Who gave that responsibility
to them? Am I, isn’t it? It is” –
this is what God, the consuming
fire is saying.
24 “And He is also saying about
such man pleading against God
– When God, the consuming fire
says that the constitution can be
amended as per the need of the
situation or the time – does it
mean insulting the writers or the
builders of the constitution? God,
the consuming fire is saying that
statement of the constitution nee-
ds amendments does not mean
insulting the builders of the con-
stitution, but it is giving great hon-

25 “As per the needs of the time
and needs of the knowledge,
amending the constitution system
that is useful to do the acts,
26 will be praising and enhanc-

27 II If anybody is pleading that
the constitution of any country
should not be amended, God,
the consuming fire is asking such
person like this –
28 “O opponents of the amend-
ments of the constitution ac-
cording to the need of the time
and situations,
29 didn’t your ancestors use ei-
ther the bullock carts or the don-
keys to travel to reach any dis-
tant city or village in their times?
30 People before ten genera-
tions had travelled like that only,
isn’t it right? Do you the people
of their next generations; too
travel like that now? No, not at
all, right?
31 You are travelling in fast run-
ning vehicles; you are also hav-
ing your own vehicles to travel
fast now. So to travel fast; fast-
er, you are using these vehicles
now, right?
32 Why you don’t like to travel
like them on bullock carts, don-
