9 II God, the consuming fire is
yet saying like this – “how the
police stations and the employees
working there,
10 the jails where the prisoners
are put and the prisons are chan-
ged like the places of bad smell
of the corruption? What about
the police corruption?
11 O falsehood promoting lead-
ers, saying that the country is
developed and the country is go-
ing in the direction of develop-
ment! Is the country really deve-
loped or developing?
12 If one is having a two-
wheeler and a cell phone which
fits in his hand and putting the
aluminum Goddess (TV) in a
corner of the house,
13 gets the loans and enjoys the
feasts, is it called that such fami-
lies are developed and such cou-
ntries are developed? Are glass

14 When such things and such
status are seen; is it called the
development? You write this as
a development and feel great,
15 do you really know the whe-
re about of the patients in gove-
rnment hospitals who cannot get
the beds and so they sleep on
the bare floor. What is this deve-
lopment? In government hospit-
als the patients will be countless,
the patients do not get the beds
there and as the beds are not
available for the patients there;
the doctors and the nurses are
helpless and arrange the patients
lie on the floor. How it happens?
16 But, what about the corrup-
tion in such hospitals for peo-
ple?
17 While Joseph had establis-
hed the ration shops in Egypt to
supply food to the poor, two
times a day and become the
path shower for the world,
18 the ration shops here are fail-
ing to supply food (rice and other
commodities) to the poor and
the poor people suffer to have
food two times a day, what
about corruption in the ration

19 The dealers have become like
the bandicoots under the places
of food grain stocks and selling
the stock to be supplied to the
poor in black market by filling the
sod in the mouths of the poor, is
there no end to such corruption?
20 The farmers toil hard under
the Sun, day and night, in the rain
and by working hard with his
body getting pained, and wet in
rains, getting shake but gets
happy seeing the crop and thinks
that his labor will be forgot with
that crop,
21 and to have some money by
selling his crop paddy when he
goes to the market,
22 he faces the problem of the
brokers there and like the bird
gets hurt and dying with the attack
of the bird catcher’s arrow and
sits sad like lost all hopes; swal-
lows his sufferings and by cover-
ing his face with his hands,
23 leaves his crop for heavy loss,
what is the reason for this? Is it
not the corruption in the mark-
ets?” – For thus says God, the
consuming fire
24 II Yet God, the consuming fire
is asking like this – “by becoming

the political leaders and ministers
and swallowing millions and
millions of the people’s money
like the bandicoots under the
stock places of the food grains
and sucking blood of the
people,
25 getting work done hard by
the employees, and not giving
the salaries properly to them for
the hard work they did, they are
also becoming corrupted by pu-
tting their hands on the people’s
heads,
26 sucking the blood of the co-
mmon people, is there no way
to stop the acts of corruption of
the Ministers, Presidents and
Prime Ministers?
27 The government employees
who are greedy and spending
their salaries for their whims and
fancies in vain,
28 spending money like water
as they are becoming slaves of
comforts and luxuries and suc-
king blood of the people,
29 is there no way to bridle the
atrocities of those officers and
these employees, by controlling
their corrupted and disorderly
acts?
30 Is there no way to control
