13 “O Judicious Courts! Arise!
Get up! Get up like the fighting
bulls, blowing the dust by hitting

on the corruption, injustice, law-
lessness, impropriety, immorality,
misconduct, and mischief
15 O Judicious courts! Roar,
roar and roar like the mighty li-

don’t be afraid of any one, don’t
