ss your hard work and the fruit
of your ground and womb. I will
multiply your blessings.
29 If you obey My commands
wholeheartedly, I will pour My
snow upon you from heaven. I
will command the earth, it should
give to you double fruit.
30 If you follow My commands
and My will, I will make your de-
sert like the blossom as the rose.
31 The forest will rejoice. It will
be glad so much so that it will si-
ng songs. The water flows in the
wilderness and the springs of wa-
ter flows in the deserts.
32 The waste lands will be turned
like the fertilized land. Water will
be as the fertilizer to the plants.
The poor will have enough food
for their stomach. The workers
will have enough work in their
hands.
33 Your country will be a country
which strengthens the weak cou-
ntries. The people of your count-
ry will strengthen the weak. Your
people will be a guide to the
blind, dependant to the weak and
a tongue to the dumb.
34 Your people will come to kn-
ow after they have obeyed My
commands that it is I who did all

is rejoicing about your country.
Like a child who rejoices by

CHAPTER 102
The New Birth
in the Scriptures
IT is said through Jesus that
one must be Born Again. There-
fore, some says that we live
according to the Law of Moses
and prophets, but not able to be
Born Again from above.
2You say that we reject this main
Born Again command because
of doubts about it?
3 We write these things about
such people who doubt.
4 When the God of gods was
walking on the earth, He said to
a Pharisee –“Don’t you know
about the divine mystery of New
Birth since you are a master of
Israelites? What do you preach?
5 We preach the thing which we
heard from our Father. He said
that you won’t agree our prea-

ching.
6-7 He said to him and people
that God the Father said about
the New Birth through Moses
and prophets in the Old Testam-
ent so that whoever comes to the
Lord may enter the kingdom of
God.
8-9 II In the past, God accepted
those He predetermined before
the foundation of the world for
His eternal kingdom from Adam
till eighteenth man Terah.
10 Whomever He accepted, He
granted the eternal life freely and
glorified them.
11When the weed expanded and
filled the earth in the days of Noah
tenth man, God, who is the Jud-
ge, testified the human races and
cleansed the earth with water.
12 In those days, God procla-
imed the gospel which tells about
repentance with New Birth.
13 The loving God proclaimed
His will to them, but like dark-
ness, which flees from light, the
people of darkness came under
the wrath of God, the consuming
fire and went into Hades.
14 Noah preached the gospel to
them so that they may repent -
15 ‘Behold, all of you repent and

enter the ark and believe in the
Lord’s death, burial and resurre-
ction (gospel) so that God may
not judge.
16 He testified and proclaimed
to all publicly about righteous-
ness, justice, forgiveness and lo-
ve of God.
17 They were disobedient to
the preaching of God’s word
and gospel. They were destroy-
ed by flood.
18 II When God called Abra-
ham, who is called as the father
of all believers, he obeyed the
call of God. He came to the Pr-
omised Land which is God shall
give and settled there.
19 Then God appeared and co-
mmanded him that all his hous-
ehold, including his servants,
should be circumcised. It is a sy-
mbol to the New Birth which is
the change of heart.
20-21 Therefore, we understa-
nd that the circumcision is not
the outward act but internal. Ha-
mor, who was a gentile, took cir-
cumcision. But it was external
and there was no use of it.
22 II The Spirit of God inspired
the daughter of Pharaoh so that
she may take the son of Amram
