105 The decree is made like this
as per the will of living God in
heaven and this had extended the
best services to the more benefit
of the people on the earth.
106 When Lord Jesus was born,
the emperor Caesar Augustus (?)
had enacted unto the end of the
earth that the census should be
done (population count should
be surveyed) as per the will of
the God.
107 The saints also were obed-
ient for such decree as per the
will of God. Joseph and his wife
who is pregnant virgin were obe-
dient to that decree. Finally, what
is meant by the God’s will law
or decree of God’s will? Law of
the God’s will means – the good
wishes in the heart of God come
at different times will be delivered
to the people by the rulers on
earth as orders. This means that
the God’s love towards human
beings on earth will come as the
laws of God’s will and they will
do the perfect justice to the peo-
ple or the new faithfulness of God
to the people in every morning,
will be delivered upon this earth

by the officers. You must be very
careful and you should not
forget this truth.
108 – 118 It is why it was
written regarding this–“Let eve-
ry soul be subject to the gove-
rning authorities. For there is no
authority except from God, and
the authorities that exist are app-
ointed by God. Therefore who-
ever resists the authority resists
the ordinance of God, and those
who resist will bring judgment
on themselves. For rulers are not
terrors to good works, but to
evil. Do you want to be unafraid
of the authority? Do what is
good, and you will have praise
from the same, for they are
God’s ministers to you for good.
But if you do evil, be afraid; for
he does not bear the sword in
vain; for they are the God’s
ministers, an avenger to execute
wrath on him who practices evil.
Therefore you must be subject,
not only because of wrath but
also for conscience sake. For
because of this you also pay tax-
es, for they are God’s ministers
attending continually to this very
thing. Render therefore to all
their due: taxes to whom taxes

are due, customs to whom cust-
oms, fear to whom fear, honor
to whom honor”.
119 One must be in subjection
not only to avoid God’s wrath but
also for the sake of conscie- nce.
The consciousness is as per the
will of God and it is so strong that
it will overcome any type of fear.
The law may be as per the wish
of the evil satan and this may pain
the bodies of saints. This type of
law should be destroyed” – says
God, the consuming fire.
120 The laws made as per the
God’s will are always good and
they will be pro perfect justice.
That type of law will do well to
the people. The people will be
well benefited by such laws.
121 God, the consuming fire says
that the laws against the will of
God are wretched and despica-
ble as those are used as per the
will of Satan, and the presidents,
prime ministers, justices, lawyers
and governments who use such
laws also are nauseous and vile,
so such laws will harm the peo-
ple.
122 God, the consuming fire says
that whichever law is not doing
good and well being of the peo-

ple, that law will be considered
as the law against God’s will and
by such laws the country will
not be benefited in any manner.
123 As it was written, because
– “He has made from one blood
every nation of men to dwell on
all the face of the earth, and has
determined their pre appointed
times and the boundaries of their
dwellings. So that they should
seek the Lord, in the hope that
they might grope for Him and
find Him, though He is not far
from each one of us”. He deter-
mined the boundaries of their
dwelling places”.
124 So, o justices and lawyers!
Think that who are great from
your sons and the servants came
to you for serving you and your
family? Is there no difference
between your sons and the sons
of others around you?
125 How the children of others
or those who are born having
the blood of people in other
countries be equal to your own
children? They are not born sh-
aring your blood, is it not right?
So how they can be equal with
you and your children? How
your laws are allowed to destr-
