STEAK TARTAR 200g per person INGREDIENTS - - - - - - - - - - - - Fillet of beef – dice meat into strips and chop very finely 1 tsp capers 1 Shallot, finely diced 3 or 4 Chives cut finely 1 small bunch Parsley cut finely ½ clove Garlic minced 1 tbsp Olive Oil 1 organic egg yolk 1 tsp mustard Sea salt Pepper 1 splash of Worcester sauce METHOD 1. 2. 3. Take your filet (make sure at room temperature) cut into fine slices and dice up. Don’t make the chunks too small, as you don’t want to sacrifice flavor. Add into a bowl and begin adding in the olive oil, mustard, Worcester sauce, garlic, parsley, chives, shallot and capers. Season with salt and pepper then mix all together.
