& Bath debate
n Bathe Away
Baths certainly have their place, from the the Romans to the present day,
they have been used for relaxing, therapeutic and healing properties. Today,
the possibilities for an indulgent, spa-like experience in the comfort of your
own home are endless – whether you choose a jacuzzi-style jetstream
facility, or simply some extra special high quality oils, infused with
aromatherapy to relax tired muscles and let the strains of the day drift away.
And when time allows there is no better way to shut the world away and
pamper yourself than with a bubble filled bath.
n The Power of a Shower
For clean convenience – a shower cannot be beaten. Whether you are
rushing home between the gym and an evening out – or have a super early
start and need to get out the door on time, a shower is without doubt the
best option. Those in the shower camp will also claim that showers are
better because they use up less water. While this may be true, most of the
time, it does really depends on the person. A quick five-minute (or less)
shower with a low-flow shower head (which reduces the amount of water
released per minute) can, indeed, use up much less water than a bath in a
tub filled to the brim. However those partial to lingering in indulgent 25minute sessions with the water on full blast can easily use a lot more water
than a bath in a semi-full tub.
Do you love blasting away in a super-steamy
shower - or do you prefer immersing yourself
for hours in a deep and luxurious bath?

If you can, go for both –a shower for those moments when you are in a
hurry and need an in and out and a bath to luxuriate in for the evenings and
weekends. Just make sure you really research all your options before you
commit as there is a huge difference between the type of bath and showers
available, so you want to make sure it both suits you and fits your needs.
