30g Pulsin’ sunflower seed protein
powder
20g cashew nut butter
10g agave syrup
10g dark chocolate chips
20ml liquid egg whites
20g rolled oats

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl to create
your cookie dough.
Shape the sough into four medium (or six small)
‘balls.’
Flatten each of these ‘balls’ (to form cookies) and
place them on a baking tray lined with parchment
paper.
Bake at 180 C for about 10 minutes or until the
cookies have started to brown on top (check on
them after 8 minutes).
