A national franchise, the store is locally owned by Jamie Carr and Tracey Muragaki. “We are designed to save families time and money and help them get a healthy, homemade meal on their dinner table a little bit more easily,” Carr said. Folks make appointments for sessions to prepare their meals. Everything is already cut and ready for guests to customize each meal to their family’s appetites. The meal and side selections change each month. This year will mark a decade in business for the Urbana branch. “It has really been awesome to see the store grow over the years and survive,” Carr said. “It is hard for small businesses and to hit the 10-year mark, I think is a huge milestone. ...The community is definitely growing. To now have been a part of that growth for 10 years, and hopefully 10 more, or [even] more, is exciting.” Open Markets 1st & 3rd weekends each month.
