Weaving north through the Tamworth, North West and New England regions, the Fossickers Way is an accessible and varied itinerary with a diversity of experiences linked via good quality sealed roads and highways. Beginning near Nundle, 60km south-east of Tamworth, it heads north through Tamworth, Manilla, Barraba, Bingara, Warialda, Inverell, Glen Innes and Emmaville, before finishing up near the Queensland border at the idyllic town of Tenterfield.
