Welcome to the first edition of this new scholastic year. While the school has had to adapt to the new regulations, as you flick through the pages of the magazine you will see that the school atmosphere is alive and well! But don't just take my word for it, check out our highlights on pages 20, 27, 34 and 41.
On a more serious note, our secondary students delved into the topic of mental health, tackled on page 6. And in case you are struggling to cope with covid, the school nurse shares her top tips on page 10.
I'd also like to thank Percy Davies, the grade 10 artist who created this edition's front cover. Percy was inspired by the bright colours of Hyrdertwasser, on an Ian Murphy style.
On a final note, while we have yet to get into the Christmas spirit at school, streets and shops have already embraced this joyous season. I'd therefore like to take this opportunity to wish you and yours warm wishes this Christmas.
