Grade 6 - Creativity

"Innovative ideas can happen when existing or new concepts are

brought together or expressed in a new way."

The Grade 6 Entry Point was based around creative ways to keep ourselves entertained without screens! During the Entry Point the students attempted some juggling, learned how to say their name using American Sign Language and made an origami dinosaur.

Pupils will now choose one of these skills or a skill of their choice to practice over the coming weeks and will give a tutorial and performance of their skill during their Exit point.

Grade 7 - Curiosity

"The desire to know more drives exploration and aspiration."

IMYC - Big Ideas

Grade 7 have been using their time at home to interview a family member or friend on a topic they were curious about as part of their entry point. Some students asked parents about how they first met, their first date or the day they were born, others interviewed their friends and family members in other countries about the COVID measures in place and how they differ to those in Malta. These interviews have led to some interesting conversations during IMYC lessons and it has been great hearing all the things Grade 7 have been asking!
