Meet Middle School Student Council Members 2019-20
MIDDLE SCHOOL
September brought student council elections to Middle School. Several brave students delivered speeches and ran for grade representatives or additional responsibility roles. All Middle School students had an opportunity to cast their vote and be part of the process.
Every Wednesday lunchtime members meet to organize activities and implement ideas from their peers. Already this year student council has sorted a plan to show new students around the school and answer any questions, created an advisory activity ‘trick or challenge’ to promote cohort collaboration, and launched a canned food drive with a goal of collecting one thousand cans for a local food bank.
