Tubin Tip's

So what is going on with the Float Tube Fishing Forum. We have had a very successful Tournament test run in September, with the winner being Mr. Constrictor. Alot was learned and with our test run under our belt we are ready for the main event. We will be running 2 tournament series a month each event will run for 120 days and anyone, anywhere can compete. Our next Tournament Series is going to be starting January 1st. We understand that throughout the U.S. we have weather conditions that keep members from tubing in this first Tournament Series. Because of this we have the second Tournament starting in July 1st.

We are in the middle of our 6th Annual FTFF Toy Drive and it is going very well this year. It is because of the members of the Float Tube Fishing Forum that every year we have great success. Our members are some of the kindest and most respectful fishermen out there. So please let me say once again thank you all from my family to your thanks and have a happy Holiday season.

Tips for float tube fishermen this issue is about hiding your line. There has been talk about keeping you line as invisible as possible in the water to avoid being seen by the fish we are trying to catch. One of the simplest ways is to use a black permanent marker to coat the leader of your line in back ink. These is one of the best ways to make sure your fishing line is as close to invisible as possible in the water. The tip is to get a permanent mark with a fat tip and cut a notch out of it. This will allow you to simple place the marker on your line and slide it up and down coating you line quickly.
