This is an invitation for all Friends of Steam to walk with me in Downtown Detroit on May 16, 2015
for the Susan G. Komen 5K DetroitRaceForTheCure. Last year was my first walk in costume, and I am
hoping to get as many costumed people as possible to join me this year. With the generous permission of
Gail Carriger, author of the Steam-themed ‘Parasol Protectorate’ series, our walking team will be The Pink
Parasol Protectorate.
