INGREDIENTS:

12 Cherries (Fresh or frozen)

1/4 pineapple (2 Slices fresh pineapple or a handful of frozen)

1/4 beet (beetroot)

1 Cup (250ml) coconut water

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 thumb of ginger

1/4 cup of Kombucha (optional)

1 tsp coconut oil (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

1. Wash ll produce well.

2. Remove seeds from cherries by slicing them in half and removing the seed.

3. Peel the beet and remove outer skin from pineapple.

4. Add all ingredients into the blender and blend on high 45-50 seconds until smooth

TIPS:

Add a handful of ice if using fresh fruit for a colder concoction

Soak Chia Seads in coconut water to soften

Melt coconut oil a few seconds in the microwave
