Ans) I do not believe in diets I prefer doing yoga, running, exercising, playing sports and eating healthy. I advice my clients to refrain from sodas and preservatives. I recommend starting of your mornings with a healthy breakfast; even if you’re not hungry make it a habit to have a healthy breakfast daily. Even a breakfast with just yogurt a fruit and muesli or cornflakes is fine. When eating healthy you need to keep in mind that you are doing this for the long run, by not cheating and you are only benefiting yourself.
