This farm runs a 350 cow Holstein dairy herd. Milking is done twice daily in a 16/32 DTL parlour. Calving all year round, this herd is housed indoors on cubicles all year round. We are now recruiting a tractor driver/relief milker to assist the herdsperson on the farm.
The person must have experience in tractor driving, machinery operation and preferably feeding. Experience and competence in milking in modern milking parlours is required. They must be able to function productively in a small, highly focused team. Accommodation is available.

This well equipped Dairy farm has a herd of 180 cows. Milking is conducted in an 18 unit herringbone parlour, twice daily.
The person must be a competent herd manager with experience in similar herd sizes or larger and similar roles previously. This role will be focusing on herd health and breeding. Tractor Drivers / Grain Drying Operator in Warwickshire. Ref 648
Our client in the Warwickshire has a 2500 arable unit and is looking for 2 people to operate machinery and manage grain drying during the forthcoming harvest from July until late October.
Grain drier operator and cultivating work - Must be a good tractor driver with telescopic/fork lift certificate. Grain drying experience is preferred.
Tractor driver with telescopic/forklift experience also for carting work and go on to do cultivation work after the harvest. Only experienced operators who can legally drive heavy loads on the road and large machinery need apply.
General Farm Worker/Milker in Wiltshire. Ref 676
This family run dairy farm of 350 acres has a nice herd of 120 organic guernsey cows currently, but the numbers will be rising to 200 cows within 18 months. Calving is done all year around.
The main focus of this role is milking twice a day with particular emphasis on good milking protocols and proper cow husbandry. Calf rearing is part of the role as well as the usual scrapping out and bedding up duties. Foot trimming experience would be useful also. There will be additional duties in the milk processing unit as required. Fork lift truck experience would be desirable. Accommodation is available to the suitable applicant.
