With well over a thousand of the industry in attendance , the renowned Giant Networking Evening ( GNE ) allows guests to eat , drink and chat in an informal atmosphere . Set this year in Glasgow ’ s Science Centre ( a short stroll from the SECC ), the GNE is guaranteed to provide both exhibitors and visitors an evening of fantastic entertainment and warm hospitality . • Glasgow Chamber of Commerce will host two Warm-up Breakfasts , designed to stimulate the Glasgow business community ahead of the All-Energy Conference later that day . The Chamber Warm-up Sessions , open to all Glasgow Chamber of Commerce members and their guests , will take on board a variety of Chamber members from the Energy Community , representing both large and small businesses who will share their business story and aspirations for the city moving forward . Exciting plans are underway at the Science Centre to host a public debate around the ‘ energy-themes ’ on the evening before All- Energy opens . The debate is one of the highlights in the Science Centre ’ s calendar of activities linked to the launch , later this year , of Powering the Future , a brand new interactive exhibition which explores the wonders of Science and Technology involved in energy generation .
