However, in true “Jones “tradition working hard within the business is only part of the story. HOLLIE (pictured on the top right) has worked in the business since she was 18 and is as conversant with the business and its workings as father Peter and brother Cam- eron, so much so that she now looks after the books as well as all Thornton Breakers marketing, eBay shop and website. Amazingly though she runs, manages and teaches in her own Dance Academy “Diamond Freestyle” which she has had for 6 years. Diamond Freestyle has classes from 3.30 PM to 7.30 PM Tues to Friday as well as Satur- ‘ Hollie (pictured top right) has worked in the business since she was 18 and is as conversant with the business and its workings as father Peter and brother Cameron ’ day 9am till 1PM as well as competitions every Sunday! Diamond Freestyle has about 60 Kids many of which achieve very high standards of excellence winning many competitions. Daughter Courtney (top left) is the newest addition to the Thornton Break- ers team. She has been with them a year. Courtney is fast learning the business as well as helping Cameron manage their state of the art parts system “Pinnacle”. The Pinnacle system means they can find and price a part within their vast stock in seconds, do the deal and despatch same day. Courtney is very keen to be hands on and is frequently seen in the yards as well as in the office. Moreover, Courtney remains a highly committed and successful Horse Cham- pion. She has five horses of which she regularly shows four of them as well as competing in many Dressage tourna- ments. In true Jones tradition Courtney is only interested in being the best and she has achieved Champion status numer- ous times including a third at the Great Yorkshire Show, she has ridden at the Horse of the Year show and qualified for the Royal International show at Hick- stead. This level of competition is a 7-day commitment. Peter goes with Courtney on most of her tournaments to both help and support. Small wonder she fits right in with the rest of the hard working Thornton Breakers Team.
