TRACKLESS BI FOLDING KIT
Barrier Components has most recently introduced a new trackless folding gate hardware solution , a bi-folding kit designed to cope with openings between 1.9m and 10m wide . The compact kit can be automated , even using retrofit swing arm units and is both quick and easy to install . There are two kits available , one for single leaf and one for double leaves and they comprise a central profile , column joint , leaf joint and hinges . The kits exclude the pivots , which are specified to carry the weight of the system ordered .

The range from Barrier Components includes the new light duty 800 series option that ’ s ideal for both residential and light commercial applications with a maximum weight capacity of 300kg and a 5 metre gate width . A 900 , 1000 , 2000 and 3000 series is also available dictated by gate weight and width requirements on the job .
HANDY KIT FORMAT
All the cantilever gate options from Barrier Components come in a kit format for ease of specification , which consist of roller units , guide rollers , end stops and roller guide unit . The track is sold separately in three or six metre lengths .
ULTIMATE IN SECURITY
For the ultimate in security the Guardian Cantilever gate system holds its remarkable strength and remains on track , despite attack , even when the gate is partially open . The system has been tested to CE standards with a plan to gain PAS 68 / 69 approval . Here Barrier Components offers two kits that cater for gates up to either 6000mm or 12000mm wide respectively .
To complete the gate hardware range , Barrier Components also offers a large selection of tracked sliding hardware including gate wheels , guide rollers , gate stops and rail profiles .
New telescopic solutions are available for cantilever , guardian and tracked systems significantly reducing the amount of space required adjacent to the opening and they offer a host of accessories including handles , locks , pad bolts and strike plates .

FANTASTIC SOLUTION
Cantilever gate systems are a fantastic solution for high traffic , high security applications when controlling both pedestrian and vehicle access . The main benefit is that it can span openings of up to 18m in length with a single gate panel yet require no floor mounted tracks that are susceptible to both damage and a build-up of debris .
